Nicole Schroeder
Senior Nicole Schroeder (shown standing in the photograph) has been
interested in music for as long as she can remember. Therefore, she was
particularly honored this year to be selected as co-director of
Camerata, Elizabethtown College’s student-led, student-auditioned
ensemble. Comprised of 18 singers, Camerata sings a wide range of music
from the choral repertoire, concentrating primarily on early music.
Katie Bohdel – who is seated – is Camerata’s other co-director.

Prof. Jeffery Long
Associate Professor of Religion and Asian Studies Jeffery Long edited a 2007 report on anti-Hindu websites on the Internet released by the Hindu American Foundation. The goal of the report was to expose anti-Hindu bigotry and correct misinformation about Hinduism spread by anti-Hindu groups.
Long has also written a book, "A Vision for Hinduism: Beyond Hindu Nationalism," that presents Hinduism as the ‘universal’ religion, capable of providing a model for global inter-religious cooperation and world peace. Jen Beebe
There was a time when senior occupational therapy major Jen Beebe felt
powerless to improve the desperate need in the world. “It is hard to
imagine a world of such disparity that some nations live in excess
while others live in need of the most basic necessity of life – food.
Each time that you and I take a breath, someone dies of famine,” Jen
reflects. “It is easy to sit back and feel sadness and sympathy for
those who suffer but take no action.”
