"Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.  Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime." - Chinese Proverb

This quote best sums up the main reason why I teach.  I want learners to walk out of the classroom with the tools that they will need in order to be successful in reaching their goals academically and personally.  Adult learners in my classroom should expect to exchange thoughts and ideas so that we all learn in the process - both learners and facilitator.
